Marvel’s The Avenger – Captain America sequel announced for 2014

With the release of Marvel’s The Avengers just a month away Walt Disney have announced a sequel to the original film that featured Captain America. Captain America: The First Avenger was released last year and gained strong praise.

To accompany the announcement they had release a new picture of the man himself from Marvel’s The Avengers. They say it is exclusive, which has us puzzled as we are not the only one to have received it, but it is a nice shot.

Offical Information

The Walt Disney Studios has announced a release date for Marvel Studios’ sequel to the blockbuster Captain America: The First Avenger on April 4, 2014. The second installment will pick-up where the highly anticipated Marvel’s The Avengers (May 4, 2012) leaves off, as Steve Rogers continues his affiliation with Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D and struggles to embrace his role in the modern world.
