We are sorry for the readers who experienced a problem with this site in the early hours of Sunday (September 25).
Our site was highjacked with a message from a hacker. It was simply a prank with a poorly produced graphics page with some music. This should not have done any harm to your computer.
The hacker called himself TiGER-M@TE. This is the same hacker linked to a previously attack on Google Bangladesh. We were not alone in this hack as 700,000 other sites we affected.
We last had a problem with hacking back in March and because of that experience were able to respond to this with much great speed. We discovered the problem at 7am New York time and had corrected it by 8am. Many of the other sites affected took over a day to sort things out.
