Broken City is a one man against a nasty world kind of film.

Mark Wahlberg stars as the hero, an ex-cop named Billy Taggart. We last saw Mark in the comedy Ted but this is of course more along the lines of Contraband which was in theatres earlier in 2012.

Director Allen Hughes’ previous film was The Book of Eli in 2010 which he directed with his twin brother Albert.
