Inferno review by Edward Douglas

Reuniting Hanks with director Ron Howard, their film adaptation of a Dan Brown novel is deliberately set-up and paced like a puzzle, and as each piece is uncovered, the chase intensifies.

Granted, it can lead to a sometimes confusing plot and maybe not the easiest introduction to Robert Langdon for those who haven’t read any of the books.

It’s fair to say that Inferno won’t be for everyone, but those who have stuck through Howard and Hanks’ previous Dan Brown adaptations should find enough thrills to keep them interested in solving the mystery.
