Rupert Grint was asked if he thought his fan base from Harry Potter would follow him to Snatch, as it’s a lot more mature?

In the show Rupert plays Charlie Cavendish-Scott who is posh and frustratingly chaotic. Although intelligent and educated, he
completely lacks the ‘street smarts’ that are second nature to his best friend.

Only a year younger, he is however hopelessly playing catch-up to Albert during the course of the series. His desperate need is to prove himself acts as the catalyst for the mayhem that the boys find themselves in.

Loyal to a fault, conflict will arise from his feelings for Chloe. We are told this provides a serial element to his character arc that will provide laughs, heartache, and a test of friendships.
