Here is Star Trek: Discovery‘s main title sequence with the series having premiered tonight. The very grand and fine title sequence, seems to us, to have a hint of Game of Thrones about it.

The Show premieres on the main CBS channel today, Sunday September 24th 2017. Then each episode debuts on CBS Interactive. Outside the US you can watch it on Netflix from September 25th.

Star Trek: Discovery Brief Official Lowdown

The series will follow the voyages of Starfleet on their missions to discover new worlds and new life forms. One Starfleet officer who must learn that to truly understand all things alien, must first understand herself.

After a century of silence, war erupts between the Federation and the Klingon Empire, with a disgraced Starfleet officer at the centre of the conflict.

The series will feature a new ship and new characters while embracing the same ideology and hope for the future that inspired a generation of dreamers and doers.
