I attended the Avengers: Endgame press junket on Sunday, at an unknown location!

At the press conference for the last movie, Avengers: Infinity War, they introduced the enormous panel. They did this by dropping a curtain revealing every one of the superheroes sitting in rows of chairs – very dramatic.

Franchise’s first movie Director

This time, it was appropriate that Jon Favreau was the moderator for the press conference. For it was he that had directed the very first movie in the franchise, Iron Man, ten years ago. Twenty-two films later, Avengers: Endgame is the culmination of all the stories, tied together!

At this press conference, they still had a curtain, and we all wondered if the ‘dead’ Avengers were going to be there too. When the curtain fell, the remaining Avengers appeared, with empty seats for the missing superheroes – very clever and amusing!

Here’s the video I took at the event – more on the movie to come.

Avengers: Endgame‘s reveal

When we got there, the studio gave us lanyards with a big Avengers ‘A’ and Press on them. When I was waiting for my car, a 10-year-old girl, who saw my badge, came up to me, and asked, “Where are the Avengers?” I didn’t know what to say to her, except, “I don’t know”. Which was the truth… I knew where they were an hour before! I immediately took my badge off and went home!
