Star Trek: Picard 102 is titled “Maps and Legends” and, after last weeks first episode, is even more eagerly awaited!

The first episode is set at the end of the 24th Century. It is 14 years after Jean-Luc Picard (Sir Patrick Stewart) retirement from Starfleet. We see Picard on his family Vineyard in france. On the vineyard he is living a quiet life accompanied by some Romulan friends/helpers.

Picard is having dreams concerning his old friend Data. He sees him in a field painting a picture of a young woman. That woman soon turns up and is revealed to be Data’s ‘daughter’, Dahj (Isa Briones). She is an advanced android that is almost indistinguishable from human.

She dies after displaying her advance fighting skills. However these symbiots are always made in pairs… but they are now illegal in the federation.

At the end we have some Romulans working in a recycling centre of something big… Zoom out and we are left with a view of a Borg Ship!

The new episode will first be available to stream, Thursday January 30th, 2020 in the USA and Canada. Elsewhere in the world it can be viewed from Friday January 30th, 2020 on Amazon Prime.
