Paramount are just gearing up to fully publicise Snake Eyes so we don’t yet have a trailer. [Update May 17, 2021: Yes we do now!] However we do have some nice pictures of the star Henry Golding and the other main cast. There also an animated version of the films poster.

Henry’s raise to fame is an interesting one. One time BBC Travel Show reporter to ‘instant’ co-star of Crazy Rich Asians and now star of this movie!

Snake Eyes – lowdown

The original longer titled Snake Eyes: GI Joe Origins stars Henry Golding in the lead role. He is a tenacious loner who is welcomed into an ancient Japanese clan. It is called the Arashikage after saving the life of their heir apparent.

Upon arrival in Japan, the Arashikage teach him the ways of the ninja warrior. It also provides something he’s been longing for: a home. However, when secrets from his past are revealed, His honor and allegiance will be tested. This could even if that means losing the trust of those closest to him.

The film is based on the iconic GI Joe character.
